Amber Blue Asbury, age 38, passed away on January 1, 2023, at her residence.  Amber was born on August 25, 1984, in Connersville, the daughter of the late Walter Asbury and Linda Cheek Wright.

Amber had worked at Speedway and Shell.  She loved talking to everyone and did not know a stranger.  She enjoyed scrapbooking and crafts, but most of all she treasured the time she spent with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Mercedes (Alex Tutt) Miller and grandchildren, Kyler Miller and one on the way; and a son, Tyler Ellis.  She will be thought of often by her sisters, Ashley (Jeff) Gentry and Angie (John) Jones; brother, Dempsey (Angie) Asbury; bonus father, Richard Wright, as well as her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father Walter, she is preceded in death by her mother, Linda, who passed on December 22, 2022, and a nephew, Michael Blue Scott Gentry.

Cremation was chosen.  Friends may gather on January 4, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Urban Winkler Funeral Home with services for Amber and her mother Linda Wright beginning at 1:00 pm.
