Barbara Sue Stamper, 86 of Richmond, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. She was born on February 21, 1939 in Liberty to Donald Bradley and Velma Quick Bradley.

On April 8, 1960, she married Wallace Norman Stamper in Richmond. They were able to spend 35 years together before he passed away in September of 1995.

Barbara retired from US Bank in Lynn, Indiana.

Barbara enjoyed listening to blue grass music, going camping and travelling with her family. Barbara and her husband had a farm in Lynn they enjoyed working together on.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Debra (Robert) Bowers; her grandsons, Michael Bowers and Jason (Sherry) Bowers; her great-grandson, Trevor Bowers; her sisters, Mary Ann Coons, Marti Valley, Carol Moore and Joyce (Jim) Muckridge; and her brother, Robert (Cecelia) Bradley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Norman; and a sister, Donna Rostofer.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Urban Winkler Liberty Funeral Home, 310 N. Main St., Liberty. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Rob Judd officiating.  Burial will follow in West Point Cemetery.
