Beverly Estelle Maxwell, 87, of Connersville, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

She was born on September 22, 1937 in College Corner, Ohio. The daughter of the late Earl Parker Freeman and Clara Bell Austin Freeman.

Beverly married the love of her life, Charles "Kick" Maxwell on August 13, 1960 in Liberty, Indiana. They celebrated 57 years of wedded bliss prior to his passing on December 24, 2017. Beverly spent her days caring for her home and her husband. She enjoyed the beauty in flowers, and could often be found tending to her flower garden. She was amazing at everything she did, and her home was always found in the most pristine condition. Beverly will be missed dearly by her friends and family.

She is survived her nieces and nephews, LaDonna Lynch, Phyllis Morgan, Kathy Proctor, Rose Hobbs, Monte Maxwell, Larry Morgan, Barry Freeman and several extended family members and friends.

Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her brothers; Fred Freeman, Bill Freeman, sisters-in-law; Dorothy Blakely, Kathryn Clarke, Marilyn Maxwell and brothers- in- law; Claude "Muppy" Maxwell, Clarence "Snooks" Maxwell, and Donald Maxwell. She is also preceded in death by her nephews Donald Tompkins, Wayne Tompkins and Larry Estridge.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Urban-Winkler Funeral Home located at 513 West 8th Street, Connersville, Indiana. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
