Caroletta Fay Bergen Murray, 80 of Connersville passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025. She was born on October 16, 1944 in Milton to Lowell Bergen and Garnett Rowe Bergen.

On March 7, 2006, she married Kenneth Murray in Tennessee. They met in Morristown at Randall where she had worked for 15 years.  They were able to spend 15 years together before he passed away on September 13, 2021.

Fay worked at Luckett's Corporation for 30 years. She had also worked at Hudson House and Pizza Place. Fay worked at several different places part time, she enjoyed staying busy.

Fay found joy in sewing and crocheting. You could often find her in her garden, planting and harvesting vegetables and flowers. She loved to can and prepare the vegetables she had planted. Most importantly she loved her family and cherished the time she spent with them.

Fay is survived by her daughters, Judy Reece and Michelle Lynn Murray; her stepdaughter, Cheyennea Murray; her beloved grandchildren, Bronson, Britain, Cheyenne, Dakota, Josh, Rachel, Anika and Anberlin; her great grandchildren, Bailee, Hayden, Gunner, Benton, Bryleigh, Bo, Grayson and Kaiydence; her siblings, Hazel and Marvin; and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael White; son in law, Walter Reece; and her siblings, Nellie, Phyllis, Alice, Ethel, Fred, Charles and Judith.

Family and friends may visit on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W. 8th St. Connersville, Indiana 47331. The funeral will begin at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Laurel North Cemetery.
