Douglas L Blair, 63 of Connersville passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023. He was born on November 14, 1959 to the late Sim Eddy and Mary Geraldine Witt Blair in Connersville, Indiana.

Douglas worked in the construction industry for most of his adult life. He also installed cable for a period of time.

Douglas was an outdoorsman, he enjoyed having a moment to relax while casting his fishing line. Douglas was an accomplished drawer, he was specifically talented in self-portraits and landscapes. He was also loved building things, and was a woodworker.

Douglas will be greatly missed by his daughter Heidi Carson and his brother, Johnny Byrd. His memories will be cherished by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Douglas was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Rhiannon Carson; brothers, Richard Byrd and Gary Blair.
