Franklin E "Himer" Logan, dad and grandfather, passed away on January 6, 2024 at Vista Healthcare in Cincinnati at the age of 50, as the result of a motorcycle accident that happened in August.  He was born in Connersville, on April 17, 1973, the son of the late Franklin Logan and Maude Alfred Richmond.

Himer was a jack of all trades. There wasn't much he couldn't do, but normally could be found piddling in his yard or playing his guitar. Himer loved his family more than anything else in the world.

Himer leaves behind his siblings Fred (Lynn) Richmond of Laurel, IN, Bonnie (Leroy) Roberts of Laurel, IN, and Flo (Thomas) Ellis Connersville, IN. He will be greatly missed by the four children, Cheyenne (Randy) Morgan of Columbia, KY, Franklin Logan Jr of New Castle, IN, Brandon Logan of Connersville,  IN,  and Brooklyn Logan of Shelbyville, IN.  He is survived by six grandchildren; Adalynn, Randy, Wesslynn, Rayden, Evren, and Sinesy; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

He is preceded in death his parents, Maude (Alfred) Richmond and Franklin Logan.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home on Monday February 5, 2024, at 12:00 noon.   Friends may gather with the family from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
