Fred Kevin Hoke, age 59 of Richmond, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.  He was born in Oroville, California on January 21, 1962, the son of the late Fred Jennings and Betty Jackson Hoke.

Fred was a veteran and served with the United States Army as a Medic.  He had worked at various occupation throughout his life. Fred was also an Ordained Minister.  He enjoyed collecting coins and considered himself as a hippy and was an avid animal lover donating to the ASPCA regularly.

He is survived by two daughters, Carrie Sellers of Greer, SC and Anastasia Hoke; two brothers, Robert Hoke and his wife Lee of Georgia and Charles Hoke of Ohio; two sisters, Stella (Dave Seechan) Hoke and Amber Brown and her husband Bobby all of Connersville; three grandchildren, Brooklyn, Sarah and Sahanna; as well as many nieces and nephews.  He will also be missed by his beloved pets, Tabby, Bandit and Shadow.

Fred was loved by all his friends and family and gave his whole heart to those he loved. He was always there to help his family.

Private services are being held at a future date.
