Glen Farmer, age 78 of Connersville, passed away on March 27, 2023 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.  Glen was born in Henlawson, West Virginia on June 14, 1944.  He was one of eight children born to the late Albert and Geneoa Farris Farmer.

Glen was retired, having worked for McQuay-Norris and Visteon.  You could often find him tinkering around fixing things, relaxing while fishing or travelling back to his hometown of Henlawson. He lived a simple life and valued the time he spent with his family.

He will be thought of often by his daughter, Lisa Farmer; sons, Terry Farmer and Ronald Farmer; and a sister, Mildred Adkins.  Also missing him are his grandchildren, Ashley Mays, Amanda Jones, Cierra Ammerman, Destiny Farmer and Joshua Farmer; several great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Theron, Theodore, Frank, Clifford and Alvin Farmer; a sister Lois McGinn; and a grandson, Brandon Farmer.

Friends may visit with the family at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8 ^th St., Connersville on Tuesday April 4, 2023 from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm with Reverend Steve Cox officiating.  Respecting and honoring Glen's wish, cremation was chosen.
