Granville Epperson passed away at Reid Healthcare on March 10, 2025, in Richmond, IN at the age of 81.  He was born in Cannon, Kentucky on January 22, 1944, the son of Woodrow and Ruby Mae (Smith) Epperson.

Granville retired in 2000 after 30 years at Philco Ford/Visteon.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors.  He could be found relaxing while casting his fishing line or going hunting.  He also enjoyed watching westerns, going to casino's and spending time with his family.

His memories will be cherished by his daughters, Shawn Epperson, Lissa Epperson, and Amy Epperson; sons, Brian Epperson, Scott (Jacquie) Epperson and Justin Epperson; his bonus children, Tonya (Eric) Johnson, Lisa (Gary) Cornett, Brad Harrison and Darren Harrison; a brother, Denver Epperson, as well as several grandchildren; a great grandchild and a great-great grandchild as well as his beloved dog, Girlie.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his long-time companion, Rosetta Melton, a son Brent L. Epperson and a sister Imagene.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home on Monday March 17, 2025, at 1:00 pm.  Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 am until the hour of the service.
