Helen Nadine Gill, 80, of Connersville Indiana went to be with her Heavenly Father surrounded by family and loved ones Sunday evening April 16, 2023, at Reid Health, Richmond.

She was born to the late Fredrick Leach and Wilma Stephens Leach Gillham in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 19, 1942 and was one of 11 children. Nadine was the proud wife of her late husband Ronald E. Gill also of Connersville. She was the beloved mother to four children, Melanie (Tom) Baker of Redkey Indiana, Doug (Pam) Gill, Troy (Sabrina) Gill, and Brian (Shelly) Gill all of Connersville. She was also the beloved grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Nadine also lovingly carried the titles of Aunt, Cousin, and Sister.

Nadine was a devoted child of the Lord and enjoyed attending church services in East Germantown at her home church, East Germantown House of Prayer. In her free time, she enjoyed studying the Bible and spending time with the Lord, cooking and baking for others but most of all being in the presence of those she loved most, her family and friends. In her previous years, Nadine enjoyed traveling, she had an astounding talent for baking and decorating wedding cakes, crocheting and crafting. Nadine never knew a stranger, she welcomed all into her home and loved them as her own, she was loved and cherished by all who met her.

Nadine was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Ronald E. Gill, 7 brothers, 1 sister and 2 infant great-granddaughters Gabrielle and Sharon Kay Becker.

Nadine's family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Heritage House for the loving care they provided for her.

Family, Friends, and Loved Ones of Nadine are welcome to attend services held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8 ^th Street, Connersville, on Thursday April 20, 2023, at 2:00 pm, officiated by her son, Pastor Troy Gill. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 am until the time of the service. She will be laid to rest following the services at Valley Grove Cemetery.
