Jason Eric Berry passed away unexpectedly on Thursday September 10, 2026, at the age of 56.  Eric was born on January 25, 1970, the son of Donald D. Berry, Sr. and Martha Rowe Berry.

Eric was a loving and devoted son, brother, and uncle that enjoyed playing music with his friends and spending time with his family.

His love and memories will be cherished by his children, Erica Berry, Jessica Leigh, Robby Berry and Jamie Berry; brother, Brandon Berry and half-brother, Zack Berry; sisters, Lorinda (George) Byrd and Angel (Wally) Durham; nine grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Donald D. "Lump" Berry, Jr.

Funeral services for Eric will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 1:00 pm where friends and family may gather from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.  Burial will follow at Elkhorn Cemetery.
