Jeffrey Dean Powell, 58 of St. Petersburg, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025. He was born on June 15, 1966, in Fayette County to the late James Powell and Ruby Gunnell Powell.

Jeff worked in maintenance and was also a tree trimer.

Jeff enjoyed working in his flower garden and loved his pets.

Jeff is survived by his son, Jeffrey Powell Jr.; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; a brother, James Powell; sisters, Pam Carey, Judy Roberts, Vickie Rude and Anita Holloway.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; and his sisters, Sharon Henderson and Elizabeth Tressler.

Friends and family may visit on April 11, 2025, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W. 8th St., Connersville. A memorial service will begin at 4:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Richie Ware officiating.
