Jessica Sue "Fraggle" Belt Clark passed away unexpectedly at the age of 42 on September 2, 2023, at her residence.  Jessica was born on November 7, 1980, in Connersville, the daughter of Brenda Belt Gradeless and Robert Field.

Jessica was a loving daughter, sister and mother that loved to listen to music, sing and dance and watch movies of all types.  She lived a simple life and her most valued treasure was the time she spent with her sons and family.

Those she has left behind to cherish her love and memories include her mother and stepfather, Brenda (Charles) Gradeless; her sons, Braiden Scott Friend and Evan Eugene Clark; her father Robert Field; and Tim Higgs, who raised her as one of his own. She will be thought of often by her sisters, Heather Snyder and Melissa Belt; nieces, Breanna Hurley and Maddie Sexton; her half-siblings, Emily Field, Charlie Field, Ben Field and Sammy Field; maternal grandmother, Revena Sue (John) Cooksey; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Claude "Doc" Belt, Richard and Phyllis Higgs and Frances Kirkwood.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home on Saturday September 9, 2023, at 1:00 pm.  Friends and family may gather from 11:00 am until the hour of the service.  Burial will follow at Lick Creek Cemetery.
