Joseph Wayne Sparks passed away on August 20, 2024 in Liberty, IN at the age of 40.  He was born on August 23, 1983, in Richmond, IN, the son of Billy and Mona L. Wesler Sparks.

Joseph worked for area construction companies.  He was a lover of nature and the outdoors.  You could find him relaxing while hunting and fishing.  His most valued treasure was the time he spent with his children.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Khloe and Matthew Sparks; a brother, Jeff Sparks; maternal grandparents, Nancy Wesler and Paul (Bonnie) Wesler; and paternal grandmother, Elaine Walters.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Brian Sparks who passed in 2023.

Memorial Contributions may be made at the funeral home to assist the family with the arrangements.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Liberty Funeral Home, 310 N Main Street on Tuesday September 10, 2024, at 1:00 pm.  Family and friends may gather from 11:00 am until the hour of the service.  Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville, IN.
