Judy L. Townsend, age 75, of Connersville and formerly of Quimby, VA, passed away on September 24, 2022, at Reid Health Connersville.  She was born on February 11, 1947, of Quimby, VA the daughter of the late Robert Spencer and Clarabell Boole Aulita.

Judy loved being apart of the Catholic faith.  She had worked in a Clam Canning Factory in Virginia.

Judy is survived by her husband, Vaughn Townsend; her children, Rogette Mears of Dover, DE, Condelia Collins of Felton, DE, Margaret Lane Nadeau of Exmore, VA, Richard (Jimmy) Wiggins of Connersville, IN, and Heather Bredimus of Cheriton, VA; twenty-two grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; four cousins; nephew Jason O'Neal, two brothers, Chris Aulita, Jr. of Dover, DE and Keith Aulita of Laurel, DE; and her caregiver of many years Michael McFeeley.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepfather Christopher Aulita, Sr.; grandparent's Walter J. & Clara Bundick Boole; and a beloved sister Melody Aulita O'Neal.

Keeping with Judy's wishes, cremation was chosen. Memorial services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8 ^th Street, Connersville on Thursday September 29, 2022, at 10:30 am with Father Dustin Boehm conducting the Rosary.

Private burial will be conducted at a later date in Quimby, Virginia.
