Justin Ray Dobbs passed away unexpectedly on November 20, 2023, at the age of 33.  Justin was born on March 4, 1990, in Connersville, the son of Tracy Wolfe Angel and Frank Dobbs.

Justin enjoyed walking, running, exercising, playing his guitar, listening to music, and reading his bible.  He loved to watch movies and documentaries then do research on the subject matter.  He lived a simple life, and his most valued treasure was the time he spent with his family.

His love and memory will be cherished by his mother and father, Tracy and Gary Angel; a brother, Shane (Lexa Sipes) Wright; maternal grandmother, Lilly Wolfe; nephew Dreyden Thomas; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother, Goldie Lipzinger; maternal grandfather, Frank E. Wolfe; paternal grandmother, Hazel Shipp; uncle, Gary Mosier; and cousins, Shawn Clark, Tyler Wolfe, and Leon Joseph Clark.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville, on Thursday November 30, 2023, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Chris Lovett officiating.  Friends and family may gather from 11:00 am until the hour of the service.  Justin will be laid to rest at Orange North Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral costs.
