Larry J. Estridge went home with the Lord on January 8, 2024, at Heritage House of Connersville, at the age of 74. Larry was the son of the late Edward Estridge and Dorothy Maxwell Blakely, born in Connersville on October 21, 1949.
Larry graduated from Connersville High School in 1969 and enlisted in the United States Army. He was assigned to the Ordinance Division from 1969 to 1972. Larry served 13 months in Vietnam and then stationed in Heilbronn Germany.

Larry enjoyed camping and looked forward to a beautiful campfire. He also enjoyed watching movies on his huge TV. Larry lived a simple life, and his most valuable treasure was the time he spent with his family.
He has left behind to cherish his love and memory, his three children, Christina (Roy Caplinger) Whittle of Connersville, Charity (Brandon Hatfield) Mullins of Hagerstown and Josh Estridge of Cambridge City and the mother of his three children, Deborah Bailey. He will be thought of often by his grandchildren, Nicholas (Shania) Whittle of Anderson, Nathan Whittle, currently serving with the US Army at Fort Gregg-Adams, in Virginia, Jacob (Alexandra) Mullins of Connersville and Mason Mullins of Connersville; two great grandchildren, Averlee and Jesse Mullins; two aunts, Marylyn Maxwell and Beverly Maxwell; as well as several cousins.
