Linda Kalkhoff passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 26, 2025, at the age of 68.  She was born on March 13, 1956, in Hyden, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Leroy and Leona Morgan Bentley.

Linda was a loving and devoted sister, mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed listening to music from the 1960's and 70's, purchasing scratch off lottery tickets, and going to Grace Church.  Above all, she loved spending time with and cooking for her family and grandchildren.   She retired from Visteon after 15 years of service.

Her memories and love will be held close to the heart of her daughters, Leona Smith and Katie (Timothy) Miller; sons, Richard (Kali) VanAusdal and James Kalkhoff; sister, Ellen Gibbs; grandchildren, Olivia (Rhys) Schantz, Mary Smith, Brendyn Smith, Emma Sprong, Lily VanAusdal, Diego Miller, Quinton Miller and Isaiah Miller; as well as several loving nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Coal.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Ernest Wayne Bentley, William Roy Bentley and Bruce Bentley.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville, on Monday March 3, 2025, at 1:00 pm.  Friends and family may gather from 11:00 am until the hour of the service.  Linda will be laid to rest at Bentonville Cemetery.
