Marshall C. Hinchman, age 70, of Liberty, passed away on March 8, 2025 at Reid Health.  Marshall was born on November 17, 1954, in Connersville.  He is the son of the late Marshall Hinchman and Doris Corya Gulley.

Marshall had worked as an electrician and transporting buses across the United States.  He loved being outdoors.  You could find him casting his fishing line or going hunting.  He also enjoyed going to yard sales.

He is survived by his daughter, Angela Melancon; sister, Doris Apodaca; his longtime companion, Sheri Ison and her children, Athena (Tommy) Skaggs, Jessica (Scotty) Albequist and Steven Seckman, who he thought of as his own.  He will be in the thoughts of his grandchildren, Brittany Reed, Gene Fryoux III, Brexton Armstrong, Braden Armstrong, Bryson Armstrong, Gage Seckman, Christian Honaker, Daryn Sherwood and Ethan Combs as well as his great grandchildren, Ember Reed, Dexter Reed, Gene Fryoux IV, and Nova Fryoux.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Carly Hinchman; a brother, George Hinchman and a sister, Emmalisa Puckett.

Keeping with Marshall's wishes, cremation was chosen.  Urban Winkler Funeral Home is honored to assist Marshall's family with his arrangements.
