Pamela Wilson

Pamela Wilson passed away on October 7, 2026, at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 68. Pamela was born on September 17, 1958, in Connersville, Indiana, to the late Charles E. and Carolyn F. (Hisle) Hudson.

Pamela was a lifelong resident of Connersville; she was raised in the Calvary Baptist Church. On October 22, 1977, at Mt. Pleasant Church in Union County, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Donnie Wilson. They shared 49 years of marriage prior to her death. Together they created a loving family of two children.

Pamela was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother, that enjoyed crafting, crocheting, making candy, baking and working with her flower gardens. She loved to bowl and participated in the Women’s Bowling League. Pamela enjoyed the times that she and her sisters shared. Whether it be going out to eat, staying home and cooking a meal together, baking together or just hanging out. She enjoyed many things in her life, but nothing meant more to her than her husband, children, grandchildren and family.

As a teenager, she worked in area retail stores and later was a Lunch Aide at Maplewood Elementary School for several years.

Her love and memories will be held close to the hearts of her husband, Donnie; children, Melissa Ann Murray and Matthew Joseph (Melissa) Wilson; god-daughter, Sarah Augustine; sisters, Tina (Gary) Mays, Ruth (Mike) Gregory, and Amy Augustine; grandchildren, Caitlyn (Blake), Corbin, Kendra, Caden, Mason, Hannah and Makenzie; mother-in-law, Mattie Wilson: sisters-in-law, Debbie Jenkins and Sherry Wilson, as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her father-in-law, William H. Wilson and brothers-in-law, Jim Augustine and Terry Jenkins.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville, on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Brad Witt officiating. Family and friends may visit from 11:00 am until the hour of the service. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.
