Patricia Ann "Pat" Hensley departed this life to be with her Lord on July 1, 2025, at the age of 86.  Pat was born in Jeffersonville, IN, on July 31, 1938, the only child of Leonard and Nell Thomas Miller.

On October 29, 1955, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Azel Hensley.  They shared 58 years together prior to his death in 2013.  They were blessed with three children.

Pat attended Mt. Pleasant Church and had attended Liberty Church of Christ.  She served as the Union County Clerk from 1998 to 2006 and the Union County Auditor from 2006 to 2008.  She also worked at Farm Bureau Insurance in Liberty and at First Bank of Richmond.  She was an avid reader of murder/mystery novels and loved to watch movies on her phone.  She enjoyed walking and sweets, especially suckers.  Pat was a strong-willed individual that loved life and was known to always be happy.

Her love and memories will be cherished by her children, Deborah J. Graw, Robert C. Hensley and James Lee (Debbie) Hensley; seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren as well as several great-great grandchildren.

She was welcomed into Heaven by her parents, husband, and a great grandchild.

Keeping with Pat's wishes, a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
