Patricia J. "Patty" Hollingsworth, age 97 of Connersville, passed away on June 24, 2022, at Hickory Creek of Connersville.  One of two daughters of Glen W. and Margaret Van Fleet Wetzel, she was born in Auburn, Indiana on May 7, 1925.

She was united in marriage with Robert R. Hollingsworth on August 20, 1942, in Rushville and able to spend 66 years together before his death in 2009.  They were blessed with three daughters.

Patty retired from Stant Manufacturing in 1992 after 37 years of service.  She enjoyed going to church and attending the Lamp Lighters group.  She loved to go out to eat at her favorite restaurant, No. 9 Grill, which she referred to as No. 1 Grill.  Above all she loved spending time with her family.

She will be thought of often by her daughters, twins Susanne McFeely, Rosanne (Bernard) Kalkhoff of Connersville and Roberta King of Gainesville, FL; 7 grandchildren, James (Lisa) Mitchell, Michelle (Claude) Mitchell-Grigsby, David Kalkhoff, Richard (Keri) Kalkhoff, Melissa King, Chad King and Brent (Blaine) King; 7 great grandchildren; and three nephews.

Those that have passed before her include, her parents; her husband; a sister, Elizabeth Cunningham; and sons in law, Michael J. McFeely and James E. King.

Friends and family may gather at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville, on Tuesday June 28, 2022, from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm with Pastor Kim McHale conducting the service.  Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.
