Rachel Lynn Shelley unexpectedly passed away at Reid Health on Sunday May 12, 2024, at the age of 50.  She was born on December 10, 1973, in Oxford, OH and is the daughter of Barbara Sizemore McIntosh and Henry Avery.

On September 25, 2009, she was united in marriage to David Earl Shelley.  Rachel was a loving wife and mother that enjoyed going to bingo, listening to music and singing Karaoke.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Pamela Jolynn Shelley and Jacob Shelley, as well as many friends.

Rachel is preceded in death by her parents and a son James Shelley and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral service for Rachel will be held at the convenience of the family.
