Ramona Hines, passed away at Reid Health in Richmond on September 16, 2023 at the age of 56.  She was born in Connersville, on February 15, 1967, one of three daughters to Mary Sorrell Durham and the late Raymond Hokey.

For several years, Ramona worked as an EMT for Fayette County.  She loved to cook and go fishing, but her most treasured time was the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Ramona was loved by all that she knew.  Those that will cherish her love and memories, include her children, Dara Gard, Danielle Hines and William Prifogle; and her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, Raymond, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Lisa Hokey and Tina Sue Hokey; and a granddaughter, Braverlee-Kay Joy-Ann Padgett, whom she was very close to.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home on Wednesday October 18, 2023 at 1:00 pm.  Friends and family may gather from 11:00 am until the hour of the service.  Burial will follow at Laurel North Cemetery.
