Samuel A. Creech, age 85, of Richmond, formerly of Connersville, passed away on October 16, 2023 at his residence.  Sam was born on June 25, 1938, in Connersville, the son of the late Arthur and Myrtle Robertson Creech.

Sam retired from Radford's Meat Market in Richmond after 30 plus years and had worked at Creech's Pizza in Connersville.  When he wasn't working, he valued his alone time by hunting, fishing or woodworking.

He is survived by his sons, Sy (Teresa) Creech, Jim Creech, Todd (Lori) Creech, Shane (Tamara) Creech and Chance (Cathy) Creech; a stepdaughter, Barbara Day; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Bonnie Johnson, and Colleen Rump.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded death by brothers, Frank, Jim, Thomas E., Arco and Charles Creech and sisters, Dottie Creech, Katie Creech, Juanita Walker, Dorothy Marie Hightower, Beulah Bills, Rita Mueller and Myrtle Brandenburg.
