Sandra "Sandy" Isaacs, age 82, passed away on July 18, 2023, at Caroleton Healthcare in Connersville.  She was the only child born to Elmer and Alvona King Combs in Owsley County, Kentucky on January 15, 1941.

Sandy was united in marriage to Cecil Isaacs in October 1983.  They moved to Florida in 1985 and lived there until his death in 1993.

She was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church where she enjoyed attending and was very active in the Lamplighters and Naomi Sisters groups.  She enjoyed reading and going out to eat at Daniel Girls Restaurant.  She retired as an Administrative Assistant having worked at Central State Bank, Holthouse Furniture, Connersville Paint Company and she also volunteered at Fayette Memorial Hospital and the Fayette County Senior Center.

Sandy is survived by her daughter, Teresa (Randy) Watson and grandchildren, Corinne Watson and Brennan (Cammie Humphries) Watson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Sunday July 23, 2023, at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville, by Pastor John Reynolds and Pastor Kim McHale.  Friends and family may gather at the funeral home from 5:00 until the time of service.  Graveside services will be at Dale Cemetery on Monday July 24, 2023, at 11:00 am.
