Sharon Kay "KK" Scott, age 62, of Connersville, went to be with the Lord on August 20, 2023.  She was born on May 19, 1961, in Stanley Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Marvin and Naomi Gabbard Beadles.

Sharon was blessed to have enjoyed over 30 years together with her best friend and soulmate. She was united in marriage to Jeff Scott on July 7, 2012.

She enjoyed working with the public and spent many years in customer service and some factory work.  She was an inspiration to many as her light and love fingerprinted every person she met.  Her love of the outdoors and traveling was only surpassed by her dedication and loyalty to her family and friends.  Sharon had a unique way about her that made others feel special and loved without judgement.

Besides her husband, Jeff, she leaves behind her stepchildren, who she loved as her own, Tim and Yunhee Scott, Kristina Scott and Kenny & Jennifer Scott, as well as her grandchildren, Julia Scott and Eric Robertson.  She will be thought of often by her sisters, Connie Chandler, Patty and Tom Peters, Marva and Randy Evans, Wilma Pennington, and Billie Beadles; nieces and nephews, Nicholas and Megan Chandler, Ricky Tinsman, Mary and Darren York, Darrell and Amber Evans, Ryan and Laurie Evans, Amanda and Shawn Romero, Jason and Stephanie Pennington, Jarrod and Ashley Pennington, Tomeka Collins and Dustin Glover; as well as several great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepmother, Irene and Ray Durahm; brother, Rodney Roach, a nephew, Thaddeous Collins and a great niece KayLynn Charles.

Funeral services will be held at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street Connersville, on Friday August 25, 2023, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Don Thomas officiating.  Friends and family may gather from 11:00 am until the hour of the service.  Burial will follow at Everton Cemetery.
