Susan Lynn Durham, age 63, passed away unexpectedly on Friday June 30, 2023, in Connersville. Susan was born on January 10, 1960, in Connersville, the daughter of Marjorie Hatfield Fields and the late Wayne R. Fields.

Over the years, Susan worked at J & J Packaging, as a CNA and QMA in Healthcare and most recently with Benchmark Services as a Home Health Aid and Supervisor.  Her greatest pleasure was being a grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, taking them to the park or traveling with them.  She was known as the family caregiver, putting others' wants and needs above her own.

In addition to her mother, Marjorie, she has left behind to love and cherish her memories, her children, Joshua McKinney, Shane Edward Durham and Derek Wayne Durham; brother, Wayne (Krista) Fields, Jr; and sisters, Janet (Larry) Baker, Frannie (Adam) Stall and Bobbi (Rusty) Logue.  She will be thought of often by her grandchildren, Jaxon Dodge Lee McKinney and Everleigh Durham; and Jasmine Campbell, Michael "TJ" Mason and Kaislee Steele, whom she thought of as her own grandchildren; as well as several aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday July 10, 2023, at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.  Funeral services conducted by Pastor Tim Fluty will be held on Tuesday July 11, 2023, at 11: 00 am at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Laurel North Cemetery.
