Tatum Sawyer Lucas was born sleeping on March 27, 2024 at Margaret Mary Hospital in Batesville, Indiana. He is the son of Nathaniel and Shanna Lucas.

Along with his parents, he will be remembered by his maternal grandparents, Carl and Charmen Grizzell; his paternal grandparents, Larry and Heather Lucas; his maternal great-grandmother, Sharon Grizzell; two uncles, Brandon Grizzell and Nicholas (Chelsea) Lucas; and aunt Megan Lucas.

He was welcomed to his eternal home by his big sister Ivy Isabelle Lucas.
