Plemons
Oct 23, 1960 — Sep 8, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas W. Plemons, he was carried home on September 8, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. Our family and friends find comfort knowing that he is now in peace and with his parents and family members who have gone before him. While we will miss him, his life was a party to all that knew him. We are grateful for all the memories, laughter and loved he shared with us.
Thomas W. Plemons was born on October 23, 1960 in Richmond, Indiana. He is the son of Chester Plemons and Ozella Plemons Hensley.
Thomas retired from Gradex as a heavy equipment operator following a motorcycle accident. After retiring, you could often find Tommy fishing on his boat for walleye with anyone that wanted to go along with him. He also loved to work on "baby" his 1966 Chevrolet truck and enjoyed blaring his music while riding in his RZR. Tommy loved to sing karaoke and go out for Friday night Euchre and to play pool. Tommy was a loyal friend and would give the shirt off his back to anyone and was the life of EVERY party. Everybody LOVED Tommy! To all his family, friends, baby luvs and Chris……….23 clear.
Tommy is survived by his girlfriend, Christine Russell; his brothers, David (Nancy) Plemons, Dennis (Pam) Plemons, Bruce (Bonnie) Plemons, Larry (Sharon) Plemons and Troy Plemons; his sisters, Sandra Plemons and Debbie (Rick) Dockery; his bonus children, Nick (Faith) Bass, Sierra (Mason) Bass and Olivia (Timmy) Russell; his bonus grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; his friends for life and brother from another mother, David (Terri) Byrley; special friends, Bobby Dunaway and David (Christy) Lee; and many friends in Russellville and Roachdale, Indiana.
