Wilma Jean Fox 75, was born on August 17, 1949, in Estill County Kentucky, the daughter of the late Warren G. Fox and Betty Vivian Richardson Fox. She went home to be with our Lord and Savior on December 17, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Wilma was graduate of Connersville High School and a member of the class of 1984 House of James Beauty College. Wilma was a hair stylist for Styles Inn for several years. She was also employed at Visteon for 16 years prior to her early retirement in 2005.

She married the late Phillip Laws and father to her daughters in May of 1968.

Wilma was an avid fan of University of Kentucky Basketball. If you saw her out and about she was probably sporting her wildcats gear because as she said "That's about all I own." She loved to watch WWE Wrestling and was quite the pool shooter in her younger days.  She won many tournaments and trophies, she could pretty well hold her own with the best of them. Wilma will be dearly missed

She is survived by her children; daughter, Kimberly (Cary) Laws Jones, and her only son, Michael (Jane) Townsend. She is also survived but two brothers, Larry (Anida) Fox, and Ricky (Cindy) Fox and her grandson Dustin Lykins whom she raised, her grandchildren are Kyle and Josh Baker, Brooke Townsend, Brandon Townsend, and Brittany Harmon. She is also survived by her great granddaughter Charlee Jean Lykins and several more great grandchildren, nieces, and cousins. Her dear cat Riddle whom Wilma rescued will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Phillip, and her daughters Jennifer Sizemore, and Sheri Pendergraft.
